Before starting Builder’s Best, Dean spent many years working in the field, which has contributed to the company's unique approach to every job. He also has a strong commitment to motivating the team to continuously improve the quality of their work.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family and playing volleyball. He also keeps himself busy at home with activities such as garden improvements, building additional chicken coops, and endless landscaping.

Just like Dean, before starting Builder’s Best, Mark spent many years working in the field, learning everything he could about exterior work. Those years shaped his problem-solving skills to take numerous factors into consideration, enabling the company to provide practical solutions.
Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family, whether it's camping, boating, or hiking. He also have a passion for hunting, fishing, and playing volleyball.

Stan Kovalev
Stan has been working in construction since his early years, and he makes it a goal to bring that hands-on knowledge for the betterment of the company. His background has taught him to think outside of the box, which he uses to solve various problems that arise in any project. Stan also handles the finances of the company.
When he’s off the clock, you can find Stan fishing and spending time with his family. Their favorite activities together include boating, camping, and finding the best places to eat in town.

Growing up, Vlad was always busy working in the construction field and running businesses. This background provided him with a skill set that's well-suited to handle even the most challenging questions and problems. At Builder’s Best, Vlad serves as the company’s lead estimator, and clients can count on him to deliver competitive prices and top-tier quality work.
Outside the office, you can find Vlad fly fishing. He also runs a photography business with his wife and they enjoy spending time together and traveling.
